Your Privacy Choices
Like most websites, provinylfencing.com uses advertising and analytics services that receive information about your visit — the identifier stored in your browser, your IP address, the pages you looked at and the site you arrived from. We do not sell customer lists, and we never hand over your name, phone number or address to advertisers. California law, however, defines “sale” and “sharing” broadly enough that our use of advertising cookies falls under it, which means you have the right to opt out.
This page is how you do that. It takes one form and about thirty seconds, and you do not need an account or a copy of your ID.
What we share, and with whom
When you browse our site, these services may receive information about your visit:
- Google Analytics — how visitors use the site, so we can improve it
- Google Ads — so we can measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited us before
- Usermaven — website analytics
- WhatConverts — connects a phone call or form submission to the ad or search that produced it
What they receive is technical: a cookie or device identifier, an IP address, the pages viewed and the referring site. What they do not receive from us is your name, your email, your phone number or your project details. Those stay with us and with the people who install your fence.

One thing worth knowing about this route: the choice is stored as a cookie in the browser you used to make it. Change browsers, switch to your phone, or clear your cookies, and you will need to do it again. A request sent through our form does not have that problem.
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser automatically. You do not need to do anything else.
Requests on someone else’s behalf
An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request for you. Tick the box in the form and give us your own details as well as the name of the person you are acting for. We may ask you to confirm that they authorized you.
Your other privacy rights
Opting out is one of several rights California residents have. You can also ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Those requests work differently — they take up to 45 days and we do have to confirm who you are first. The Privacy Policy explains all of them.
